Digital archiving of all data and documents in your private TRUSTO environment provides an objective guarantee of safety, integrity 
(proof that the document or data have not been altered) and the opportunity to obtain an  authentic paper version at a later date if this is useful or necessary. 

Every document that you send via the TRUSTO platform will have its content sealed before it is saved in a unique environment under the supervision of and verification by a public official. 

This measure gives document retrieval and printout objective and guaranteed security. In other words, you will receive a legal guarantee on all aspects of digital traffic (i.e. time, identity of the parties concerned, content and archive). 

The archiving will continue for as long as the client wishes, or for the term stipulated by legislation (for example 7 years for bookkeeping documents).
